Pizza Hut - Spencer

I placed an order for food at 8:20 pm. By 9:15 pm, I still hadn't received my order, so I decided to inquire about it. The person on the phone claimed that all orders had been sent out with the delivery driver. When asked about the delivery, the driver got defensive and insisted that he had delivered the food to a brown house, even though our house is gray. I was disappointed with the mix-up and will not be ordering from this restaurant again if they can't even deliver to the correct address. The only positive aspect was that I was able to receive a refund.

The meal was awful. The pizza crust was soft and had a burnt taste, with barely any toppings and no cheese. I would not come back to this restaurant, as the food and customer service were both terrible. Avoid this place at all costs!

I placed an order for pizza at 6:00 pm. At 7:45 pm, I was informed that my delivery was on its way. At 8:00 pm, I was told it would be a few more minutes. By 8:30 pm, there was still no pizza, so I called again. I was informed that the delivery person couldn't find my address and had returned to the restaurant. After giving detailed directions, I was assured that my order would be delivered promptly. When I expressed my concern about receiving a pizza that had been sitting around for over an hour, I was told they would make a fresh one for me. However, by 9:30 pm, I still had not received my pizza and the restaurant was closed. This experience left me wondering how their delivery service operates.

I delivered my pizza 30 minutes late and dropped it to the wrong address without knocking. good that our number was on the ticket. would not recommend! very unhappy

Went here today for lunch with family and the girl that was working had no costumer service. My boyfriend went back up to the counter to get silverware and she only glanced at him and didn't even come up to see what he needed. Than I went up and she glanced at me 5 times no acknowledge of me standing there I telled at the them saying we need silverware. She was so rude to us. When we were eating there the phone was ringing over 13 times no answer with no other costumers in the restaurant. A costumer came in and it took her another 5 minutes to know she was standing there. And the other employees that were working today just complet nonsense didn't even help us either. if I can i would give this experience 0 stars
