Contribuisci feedbackI have visited this restaurant three times now, and each time they have been out of meatballs. If it's on the menu, customers should be able to order it, in my opinion. This situation is unacceptable. Both this location and the one in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, are disappointing. Subway is a joke.
I have never had any problems at this restaurant until today when I got food poisoning from Subway. It's unfortunate, but I will not be returning. It used to be my favorite place in Spencer.
I ordered two footlongs - one Chicken Teriyaki with double meat and one Cold Cut Trio with single meat. Unfortunately, the Chicken Teriyaki did not have enough meat on it. For the Cold Cut Trio, I requested lettuce, black olives, and sweet banana peppers, but received very little lettuce and none of the other toppings I asked for. Instead, it came with onion, tomatoes, green peppers, and cucumbers, which I did not want. I used DoorDash for delivery and was only refunded half of my money.
I provided specific instructions for my meal but they were not adhered to.
I had the most wonderful experience at this Subway location! Taylor, the assistant manager was the most upbeat, polite, caring and fun sandwhich artist I've ever had! It is by far the best customer service I've experienced. We need more people like Taylor in this world. Definitely will be back BECAUSE OF TAYLOR.P.s. our sandwiches were delicious !
