Belvédère - Spiez

As we were staying at the hotel belvedere and that the reviews about the restaurant were favorable we took the half board (65.- pp for a 4-course menu)The menu was simply excellent! beautiful presentations, dripping dishes, the kitchen of the belvedere is at the top, close to that of the gourmet restaurant. staff listening to the customer and the atmosphere very pleasant. I almost regret that tonight, only half aboard was offered because the tasting menu seems quite divine!

For three we celebrated my birthday here and have eaten excellently. safe the best kitchen in spiez, for fish and meat. also the dessert and the small friandises to espresso do not allow negative critique. extremely friendly and attentive operation without any intrusiveness, which has particularly pleased. the wonderful view of the lake and mountains spoil the eye.

Eating is very recommended. gourmet kitchen. very beautiful wine card. the terrace is very recommended in summer.

I have been so frustrated about Swiss food, and then I happened to find this place, best foie gras I ate, even better than some Michelin star restaurant! I opened the radio at the moment, it was playing "I found love in a hopeless place" which is literally my mood. Other than the food, service, location, price, and view are all perfect. My wife and I spent a wonderful time here in the honey moon, we both love it!
