I couldn't properly order at this restaurant. The hamburger was burnt, the onion rings were cold and soggy, and the chili cheese dog was missing the toppings I wanted.

We got a burnt hotdog...cant believe they thought it was okay to serve our dogs didnt even want it

After six months of attempting to address the issue with the manager, assistant manager, and filing complaints, it seems the restaurant still cannot resolve its problems. It should not be difficult to manage a small food establishment and identify the source of issues. The lack of communication and care from the staff is evident. The menu remains unchanged and a complete overhaul of the crew is necessary. The car hops are indifferent to customer orders, the chefs are consistently making mistakes, and the assistant managers are disorganized. The long wait times and disorganization make it clear that there are serious issues within the restaurant. As someone with experience in the industry, it is clear that the staff's lack of concern is the root of the problem.
