Good gluten free pizza and quite innovative made with chia. Nice stuff, a bit expensive, though, and they dont take cards (as a lot of other Croatian bars and restaurants).
FYI I dont have GI symptoms, so I cant know if there was cross contamination, but there isnt a lot of information out there for Split so I wanted to post my experience. Our waitress spoke English, and she carefully read my card that explained celiac disease in Croatian. She explained the steps they take to make the food safely (I had a pizza, which they cook on paper, but in the same oven as the other pizzas). She was up front that they couldnt promise zero cross contamination. The food was great! My sister, who is a vegetarian, had no trouble finding options here either.
Great gluten free pizza, the staff was really nice. Quite expensive, but worth it. I
Great gluten free breakfast selection. Also have a gluten free pasta dish, have gluten free muffins in the front cabinet. Is a bit more expensive than what you’d pay in other restaurants around Split but that’s usually the case with gluten free food everywhere I find.
