Delicious burgers! The food is fresh and prepared to order. I really enjoyed it!

The food was served hot and fresh, and the service was very friendly. I would say the quality of the food is a step above typical fast food chains.

Immediately upon entering, a friendly teenage male employee greeted my daughter and me before we even reached the counter. He was very helpful throughout our visit. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and the fries were fresh and hot. I ordered the number one option, which is a burger topped with ham and bacon, while my five-year-old opted for the corn dog kids' meal. I asked for tartar sauce, and when my order was called, the employee remembered and asked how many packets I wanted. Once seated, we dug in. My burger was exactly what I hoped for—delicious and served hot. The tartar sauce was exceptional, just as you’d expect from a burger joint like this. There were a few other customers who came in during our visit, and they all received prompt service as well. It seems some people enjoy complaining about trivial matters. For instance, one of the employees had his girlfriend deliver food for him and shared a quick kiss before she left. I wouldn't be surprised if some would criticize even such a simple and human moment. We spent a total of $16, which felt reasonable for what we received. These days, even a burger and Happy Meal from McDonald's would cost about the same and I believe the quality here was superior. We will definitely return. After we finished our meal, I decided to go back and order a shake. I tried the 24 oz peanut butter and banana shake, which cost $6. It was a bit pricey, but absolutely delicious. While chatting with the worker, I mentioned the negative reviews I had read, and he expressed his disappointment. I let him know that I had written a positive review, and he seemed genuinely grateful. It was refreshing to see a young employee take pride in the establishment he works for.

A long time ago...In a time not so far away Mom and pop burger stands ruled. Each with their own flair. Maybe it's a seasonal offering, a sauce or the right dill pickle sour to cut through a rich meaty bite. Burger Express takes you on a time warp back to a simpler time. Every order is made to order. There is harmony among the menu. The right crisp lettuce, freshest of bakery rolls...in fact every accoutrement seems to have balance. Did I mentioned they have week day specials? The 1/4 pound double gives In N Out a run for their money without a plane ride. One item left to sit and stare at.... The prices are still in the past I highly recommend

I really enjoy the freshness and more home prepared taste of the food. Both the tots and grilled chicken were excellent.
