Kaleb aka the manager at this place was very professional and courteous and was busy with every customer I saw who ordered. obviously he works to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. it is soothing to see that the employees actually provide for the personal order.
The pizza had a caramelized crust, but it was too crusty for my liking. The pepperonis were placed all the way to the edge, which sounds good in theory, but the actual execution was poor. The edges were burned, while the middle had almost raw, soggy pepperoni. Additionally, the dough was not up to par—it was far inferior to what I usually get from Little Caesars.
I ordered online and it took about half an hour to get there and I had to wait for two pizzas for two more hours. a cheese and a pfeffer chocolate. it's creepy that I had to wait a long time and I was even told that people have priority over people who ordered online. I can't wait all day for two pizzas.
Have the most extra combo, from crazy brot and pep pizza. in the car, pizza is not cut, and we asked to cut it, not even cut it all away. the ranch they gave me was bad, separated and evil. terrible waiting and customer service.
