Cosmic Cowboy Grill - Spokane

This restaurant serves overpriced healthy food. The counter service costs $115, and you have to get your own utensils, napkins, and condiments. I ordered the yardbird wrap with roasted garlic lemon broccoli (sides are not included, and their prices vary). The wrap was decent, which is why I gave it one star. However, the broccoli was drenched in oil, ruining its healthy aspect. Most of the broccoli was burnt and lacked lemon or garlic flavor. My family's burgers were also overcooked, almost like eating a brick. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning. Paying $16-$19 for a burger without a side is a ripoff. I will not be going back.

This burger was extremely overpriced. I paid $24 for a poorly made burger with a soggy bottom bun and dry meat. The customer service was also lacking. Overall, I would rate this experience a 0 out of 10.

The food at this restaurant is decent, with reasonably priced and relatively healthy options. I have dined here a few times and have been content with my meals. However, the lack of organization and poor customer service make it not worth returning. On one occasion, I tried to use a BOGO offer through their app, but encountered issues with payment and my order was not processed. When I tried to explain the situation to the cashier upon arrival, he was unhelpful and unwilling to honor the discount. Despite showing evidence of the offer, he refused to make any adjustments. During a second visit, I attempted to take advantage of their happy hour special, only to be told that the discount did not apply to the item I ordered, despite it being listed as a starter on the menu. The response I received from the staff was dismissive and unapologetic. While I am willing to pay full price for food, the consistently disappointing customer service at this establishment is unacceptable.

Took my lady here for her birthday dinner. Amazing food, cozy space, friendly staff and so simple. Flavors didn't suffer because of over use of ingredients. Burger i had was one of the best I've had in a long time, lady had the steak and it was phenomenal. Conversation with the staff was great and made the experience even better. Thank you guy for far exceeding our expectations!!! We'll see you soon!!

There is a sweet ipa available. They got great salads that are so filling and the tofu is really good here. Great place to eat before bar hopping!
