Contribuisci feedbackSweet girl who doesn’t understand coffee. I ordered a 12oz double espresso on ice with cinnamon powder and a splash of cream. What I received was a 12 oz iced BREVE with a layer of cinnamon powder so thick at the bottom I couldn’t drink it and hardly any ice. This is the second time with two different baristas (a year apart) who have way overdone it on the cinnamon. As a barista of 9 years who has ran shops in the past this is incredibly frustrating. I will not be ordering my coffee at this location anymore. Business owner/managers need to do better jobs of training because they are throwing money out the window making drinks this way. Burrito was hot all the way through and yummy and the gal was very kind- overall disappointing experience though.

I come to town every year, last year this place was pretty good, I've been here twice since I've been back and both times I was very disappointed. I got 4 blended coffee drinks and they weren't blended enough and very watery, with absolute no flavor. And it cost $30 !! I won't be back
They have decent coffee, however don’t come here if you have a lactose intolerance. My mom has been sick now twice from their coffee because they didn’t use the proper milk. The manager DID say she would use it as a training opportunity, but she also said we should watch what milk they are putting in the drink. That shouldn’t have to happen. You should be listening and double checking as a barista to make sure you are putting in the correct milk or ingredient, in case of allergies. Often times they close the window and you cannot see what they are doing. If that is too much to remember, write it on your cup so you don’t mess up. This is the only coffee stand we’ve gone to that doesn’t seem to listen to their customers. I’ve worked food service and sometimes it’s hard to remember everything that is being told to you. However, that’s why you write it down. Two different baristas have have done this, which makes me think they aren’t being properly trained. I’m not one to write reviews, but these experiences left a bad taste in my mouth.
Have been going here for over 15 years and by far the best customer service I've ever had at a coffee shop! 99% of the time, my drink is correct and if it isn't, they fix it with no problems.
