The management, along with a couple of servers and bartenders, were present, but the atmosphere felt dark and cold. Once I was seated, I felt completely ignored. It wasn’t busy at all, yet I had to work hard to make eye contact to get someone’s attention. After a while, it felt like the kind of bullying you experience in a school lunchroom, and it left me feeling quite down. I mentioned to the server that I don’t drink alcohol but would love a mocktail if there was one available. She looked at me as though I was speaking a foreign language, clearly unfamiliar with the concept, which struck me as passive-aggressive. I ended up just getting water. To top it off, a young woman came in and sat at the bar alone—she looked like she might have been unwell or sleepless. One of the cooks apparently bought her a Long Island Iced Tea, and then they had this really strange, silent argument. I’m not sure how else to describe it; it involved a lot of pacing, staring, and walking around the perimeter of the room. Perhaps that’s why the staff’s vibe was so off to begin with—I just didn’t feel comfortable at all. In the end, he handed her a handful of cash, and she left nearly all of her drink untouched. *EDIT*: The owner reached out and made me feel heard instead of giving a generic response. He offered a genuine apology and promised to improve. It was an easy decision to change my rating to 5 stars because of this. Mistakes happen, but acknowledging them is key to success in this business. Well done, Gabe.

I've tried almost everything on the menu at this point, and this place has become a family favorite! The atmosphere in Spokane is fantastic! You absolutely have to try the Fancy Nancy—it's a must! The vibe here is always positive. Definitely give them a visit!

What a fantastic little spot! We decided to pop in and sample the burgers along with some craft drinks, and I was genuinely surprised by how delicious everything was. Usually, bar food is just average, but we were truly impressed by the quality here. The hash brown bun was outstanding, and the chipotle ketchup was packed with flavor. We’ll definitely return the next time we’re in town!

The food here is exceptional! Although the menu is small, it's definitely worth trying. The charming little bar kitchen adds a delightful downtown vibe.
