Jamba Juice - Spokane

We ordered an Açaí Bowl and while watching them make it they used a black banana. When we asked Riley if we could get a different banana he said no he can?t. ?Banana was fine? Riley was rude to us and could have simply changed it but insteaddecided to have an attitude I don?t know the girls name but she let us swap for another bowl. Thank You I work in customerservice and know It?s easy to make a customer happy, instead he chose to have an immature attitude. ???????????

Best Jamba Juice I?ve ever been to heck best smoothie place I?ve ever been to! Truly the most amazing smoothie experience on this side of the Mississippi, highly would recommend. You won?t be able to get this kind of experience at Orange Julius. Themoment I walked into the mall I immediately got the hankering for some Jamba Juice. As a result, I swiftly made my way to thisbeautiful establishment. I walked up to the counter and saw both workers, annikki and Jacob, working very hard and efficientlyto keep the place clean. Even with their occupied hands, annikki was still able to make her way to the register faster than I?veever seen before. She provided great customer service and was extremely helpful as to what smoothie I should get as I was veryIndecisive as I?m a Jamba Juice virgin and had no clue what to order. She recommended an amazing smoothie and because of thisand her amazing customer service and friendly nature, I will definitely become a regular here. After she took my order, shehanded it off to Jacob and let me tell you, my socks were most definitely blown off at his smoothie making abilities. He had mysmoothie completely done faster than I could say the words ?jamba juice?. I?d honestly say he fully made this beautiful smoothiein under a minute. Not only was the speed unlike anything I?ve ever seen before in any food place I?ve been but the taste andproportions were perfect. Jacobs perfect smoothie making abilities combined with annikkis superb customer service made thisvisit to Jamba Juice very delightful. I would give this place 6 out of 5 stars if I could. I will most definitely berecommending this place to everyone I know.

I ordered the Aloha Pineapple smoothie, and it was incredibly delicious. A girl named Avery was working there, and she was very kind and did an outstanding job preparing the smoothie. I will definitely return!

I waited at the register for an unacceptably long time before an employee named Maya came to assist me. She was almost hostile and quite difficult to deal with. Her attitude was sassy, which was off-putting. If I could give zero stars, I would. She even mocked me as I walked away. I will not be returning.

It could be the best smoothie spot in Spokane, but that's mainly because the nearest Tropical Smoothie Cafe is nearly 300 miles away. Even Smoothie King surpasses Jamba Juice in quality. It's hard to believe that a city with a population of over 200,000 doesn't have a better choice than this average smoothie shop.
