Ladder Coffee Roasters-downtown

This restaurant has a fantastic location and a great layout. However, I've experienced cold service every time I've visited, and I’m not sure what vibe I'm giving off. With so many coffee shops in Spokane, I think I've decided to stop coming back to this one. Although, I do really like their N Monroe location. Food: 3/5.

The experience started off poorly as we weren't greeted at the counter. When I asked to add cream, the staff member was rude. To make matters worse, our food orders were both incorrect. On the positive side, the atmosphere was lovely. However, the guy at the counter really needs to improve his customer service skills—after all, the customer is key. I think I’ll choose another place next time. Food rating: 3/5.

Great coffee, alongside a selection of food, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the seating and parking can be a bit cramped. They've also been expanding their menu options. Food: 5/5.

Good coffee and surprisingly good breakfast food. It's a small kitchen, looked like a single hot plate, but the wizard working it is putting out tasty food. There's also a bakery joint across from it that's worth a visit.Food: 5/5
