A lovely place with even lovelier ciders! Getting to experience old world ciders breathes new life into cider lovers.

What a cute spot! Our server was so friendly and knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. So many amazing cider options, and the soft pretzel is pretty bomb as well.

Cool space. Delicious cider. Super awesome bartender. What’s not to love? We’ll be back.

Really excellent cider. Hand crafted dry style cider. Rich and complex flavors. Definitely worth a visit. And take home some of thier bottled varieties.

Because the wife and one daughter are GF, I have been to a BUNCH of cideries over the years. I can say with little doubt that Liberty is the best I have been to.We stopped in while in Spokane on business and shared a flight of all their draft ciders and grabbed some bottles to enjoy at the hotel and to take home.We really thought it was awesome that there are so many single varietals available; I love nerdy sensory stuff like that. It is cool to try a tannic crab apple cider next to one made with a standard eating apple.Besides their own ciders, the shop also has a pretty impressive cooler that contains bottles from all over the globe. World-class French ciders and perries next to a bunch of other PNW bottles.They had some food available, but we didn't get anything and don't have an opinion.We will happily return every time we visit Spokane.
