Nordic Smoke Bbq - Spokane

A smoked flavor in each bite, in each item! Except the slaw, well and do we want that? My favorite is actually the chicken leg and thigh. Which kept me coming back to keep trying their options. The teriyaki bowl it's probably the most favorite dish I think of others, they always seem to be sold out. Which it is really quite good.The mac and cheese and the beans as well are quite tasty and consistent. Friendly service, very good memory, seasonal truck. Probably my favorite truck in Spokane.

The fine Nordic Smoke BBQ family catered my Nephew's and Niece's wedding last night! Absolutely outstanding!!! The Pulled Pork with their hot BBQ sauce was sooo good! (Looks like they will sell there sauces online The Beef Brisket was the best I have EVER had! No wonder it was on Drive In Diners and Dives!!! The coleslaw, potato salad and cornbread were yummy! When I am in spokane next I will be tracking this food truck down. Highly suggest their family catering business for your next event!!

You can never get enough! Everything is delicious! The sauces are incredible, but you absolutely have to try the BBQ mustard sauce—it's amazing! The smoked mac and cheese is fantastic too! And don't forget the queso! I could go on and on about everything… yum!

We experienced this at a catered event organized by our HOA, and they truly impressed us! The meat was incredibly delicious and packed with flavor, and the beans were outstanding. Thank you for your dedicated efforts. The staff was very friendly and courteous as well. We will definitely be returning!

They serve excellent barbecue brisket and ribs, and the sauces are quite tasty as well. You have a few options to choose from.
