Subway - Spokane

I had a pretty typical experience, but at the cash desk the worker put their own tipp on the fee before I paid, as the total price was several dollars more than usual, and after I paid, they immediately threw away the quitting without asking if I wanted a kopie. not a big thing, but I had never experienced anything like that and it was kind of a shutdown. probably not back to this place.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and the server, Nyla, is incredibly friendly and makes the best sandwiches. She always asks how my day is going and treats everyone with kindness. We need more workers like her in the world.

The workers were very unfriendly, sandwiches were mostly salate and nothing else. waste

We came in to your place of business this evening because we had no where to eat our ice cream after buying at Coldstone!After mediocre service and being forced outside in 110 degree heat to eat it, my 5 year old, along with the rest of us, could not keep up with how fast it was melting and it was SO hot.We bought a drink at Subway so we didn't seem like moochers for seating and the 2 gentleman working this evening didn't bat an eye. Our family was EXTREMELY grateful to be able to cool off, sit and enjoy a treat we had waited for all afternoon and I wanted to thank your staff for accommodating us tonight so we could enjoy our rare outing(s) as a family.Thank-you Subway and staff, we were EXTREMELY appreciative for your kindness during this unprecedented heat wave!

As a former subway employee and trainer, I have never written a negative review for a subway before. I visited this particular location an hour before closing time and noticed that they were already in the process of shutting down early. They claimed that everything I noticed was out of stock, even though those items are supposed to be prepped in advance to last throughout the night. It seemed to me that the store may not have been experiencing an extreme shortage.
