The best pizza in spotswood! What happened and why did it close??! I will miss their taste of that sweet tomato sauce they used on their pizza!!

Mediocre pizza is what best describes this slice. It is too chewy and too floppy and way too messy. There was not so much to like nor to hate about this pizza, but it does not light my fire. Unfortunately I have not found a decent pizzeria in East Brunswick outside of Brothers, but I understand. East Brunswick is not where you go if you want to get good pizza. Keeping looking Central New Jerseyans.

I grew up on Taverna pizza but haven't had it in a few years. Just started ordering from them and the Grandma Pizza is the best I have had. We have had it a few times and it is always good.

My family 's been ordering pizza from here since we moved to the area years ago, but unfortunately they let us down this time. My cousin and I ordered pizzas for pick up and when we got there, to our surprise no one behind the counter had their masks on, including those handling the food. We didn 't feel comfortable bringing the pizzas home and asked if we could cancel the order. In response, they raised their voices at us (still didn 't have their masks on) and said they had their masks on at all times while pulling the masks up to their faces. We said we 'd even pay for the pizzas but would still like to cancel the order, but they forced us into taking them anyway, saying things like we 've been doing this the whole time and everyone 's been okay and we guarantee 100% nothing is going to happen to you . Overall, we were very disappointed with their behavior towards us it was very disrespectful and not professional at all. Unfortunately, we won 't be ordering from here again.
