Ruby Tuesday - Spout Springs

Not happy at all I been in this location before couple of times but been a while about a month I don’t go with my husband and family and today everything feel different the server the people everything… my husband drink a raspberry tea and when he was half way notice was a bug inside the manager come and not prefesional was a new manager act like was nothing said was going to verify what happens and never came back to table the writers came back and said the manager was not going to charge our drink and my son desert that was enough for him never again and no very happy and my husband been vomiting ? the rest of the night.. ver disappointed ? I’m scare to go back and don’t know what to expect

My fish was raw in the middle when I got my food. I was not happy with my experience. My husband said that his food was good.

This place is terrible. I did an online order for a burger without pickles, without tomatoes, and welldone. Not only did it come with everything on it but it literally had blood in the burger from being raw. We tried to call the store and speak to the manager and continuously get hung up on before they come to phone. We've called 8x and now they're not even answering..... definitely going to corporate at this point.

The manager was very accommodating. He allowed us to sit at the table we requested even though he had to serve us

Had the ribs. Oh my goodness, they were so good.The service was excellent, the restaurant was nice and cozy.
