Subway - Spout Springs

Went in to order, employee was asleep wearing their pajamas in the booth. They woke up and said the toaster was broken, also said they were not accepting cards or cash...

I go here periodically. I am never let down. They were out of jalapeños today, which kinda hurt my feelings, but I seen past that and enjoyed my steak n cheese sandwich, as I always do from here. The ladies are always nice and the food always hits.

The man or boy who is there serving is very kind and speaks Spanish ?

The ladies at this Subway made me a delicious sandwich just like I would have made it.

Doors were locked at 6:15 when we arrived to pick up our door dash. There were at least 2 employees inside. The older lady was cleaning the restaurant as someone was inside ordering. We watched a woman walk up to the door to find it locked she showed her phone to the older woman, who proceeded to crack the door slightly and hand it to her. Then watched as a woman parked beside us and was denied entry. As she was driving away an elderly woman came up and they let her inside with no problem at all. We waited 15 minutes outside the locked door to receive our food. Just wish there was a sign on the door maybe explain why it was locked and also confused as to why a singular person was denied service.
