Contribuisci feedbackCoworkers here are extremely rude, ignored me in their pickup window for 10 minutes and then got mad at me and slammed the window in my face after I hit. my pizza was finished about 20 minutes before, but they never asked what I was there for or how I was hot.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The supplier added a $20 tip to my card, and neither the assistant manager nor the general manager took any action to resolve the issue. They claimed they couldn’t access cash from the register, despite the fact that the driver had committed credit card fraud. They also couldn't contact the driver to recover the $20. I had to call her directly and then go in person to get the same response—I was told they couldn't do anything. To make matters worse, my signature was forged because the driver never gave me the opportunity to sign in the first place. That's all I have to say.
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I’ve had repeated issues with their delivery service. Twice, they’ve mistakenly delivered my food to my neighbor’s house, even though my address is clearly displayed on the side of my house. It’s honestly quite frustrating.
It would really be nice and healthy if Domino's cleaned their pizza delivery bags—the ones that keep the pizzas hot during transport. Unfortunately, the bag used for my last pizza delivery was absolutely disgusting!
I was quite surprised. The pizza was actually pretty good.
