I tried to use a gift card I purchased there, but it turned out it wasn 't activated correctly by the staff. Despite showing them the proof of purchase, the manager refused to accept the card and was extremely rude. Not only will I never return to this place, but I also won 't recommend it to anyone else. A manager is supposed to resolve and handle situations satisfactorily, not to mistreat, offend, or abuse their position. Definitely, this position requires someone with problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills; this manager lacks any minimum requirements to occupy such a position.
The food here is always delicious and their ribeyes are flavorful and cooked to perfection. The only downside is that the service is not the best. I had to flag down the servers three separate times just so they take our drink orders. The restrooms also were pretty disgusting and looked like a gas station restroom and they had no soap.
I ordered a country fried steak with a sweet potato and mac and cheese and it was all delicious and large portions. We also ordered the brisket queso appetizer and it was also great in taste as well as portion size. The Porter house steak was medium doness and it was pull apart tender.
Good lunch special. Grilled chicken and strawberry salad, loaded potato soup and a side of Brussel sprouts with a sweet tea! Server Elizabeth was great!!
All was pretty good. You can tell they are consistent. The fryer was out so options like crispy brussel sprouts were not available. Wait staff was good. I think I was expecting a little some different from the menu, but it might have been that we could not order some things that kept me from giving 5 stars.
