Tarka Indian Kitchen - Spring

This restaurant offers modern fast service Indian food with a variety of well-known Indian dishes. It is a good option for those who are not familiar with Indian cuisine and want to try something new, but it should be noted that the food is not authentic Indian. The portions are small and on the expensive side. The chicken tikka masala, a popular item on the menu, was flavorful but lacked the authentic taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant is similar to Pei Wei or Chipotle, with a well-maintained and cool vibe. Most of the staff were friendly, although the overall taste of the food did not impress. It felt like a rushed and somewhat unsanitary eating experience. In conclusion, the restaurant is okay for a quick meal, but it is not the place to go for authentic Indian cuisine.

I never had a bad experience here minus the one day I had cash. I had to track a stranger to pick up my bill for my money. by the way, I had an exact change. the food and the drinks are always the same quality. No matter what day I was gone it was always clean! I tried the half of the menu here and it is not bad for the type of restaurants that it is. I like the spicy tikka masala (chicken) and chicken biryani. I've been here before sometime in 2021 and reallyenjoyed the food. I would always get the vindaloo butthe vindaloo I had this time was not the best. Eventhough it was hot temperature wise it wasn't hot, in aspicy way like I wanted. The flavor was super bland tooThe gnan bread is the reason for 2 stars

The restaurant received 3 stars for cleanliness and service, but only 1 star for the quality of the food. We ordered garnelen biryani, scheibenwurm, Samosa-Chat, and veg pakora. The biryani did not taste like traditional biryani – it resembled fried rice and was undercooked. The paneer curry and samosa chat were good, but the veg pakora was overcooked. The naan was delicious. The kitchen and dining area were clean and the decor was lively. The restroom was also clean. The parking lot was small but still had enough space. Overall, it was a decent place to visit.

This is my favorite new Indian restaurant. I ordered the chicken kebabs with a spicy ranch sauce and it was delightful. The chicken was well-seasoned, the vegetables were still crispy, and the rice complemented the meal perfectly. I will definitely be coming back here again. The staff was helpful in explaining the different sauces and their ingredients.
