The Brooklyn Cafe - Spring

I called in the order and took it up and was ready when they promised. Order the Santa Fe Sandwich roasted all over the bagel. It was all I was looking for. It's a hearty sandwich. Not that a woman can't eat it. At this age we can all eat the same sandwiches. But it was hearty, spicy and salty with the whole bagel. I recommend this place to relax a lot and delicious bagels.

I have a sesame bag with the green herbal cheese. My date got the hash bowl and a honey vanilla lavender late. $18 with 20% tip. Good value. Bagels are also pretty good. Wish they were a little darker baked and chewier, but they are better than any chain

Pretty solid New York style bagel! Very few can get it right in terms of a high-quality NY Bagel. Brooklyn Cafe gets 2 thumbs from a New Jersey native!

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations. The place has a charming old-world vibe. The special shadows were absolutely delicious—I would return just for those! The breakfast bagel sandwiches were also tasty, although I felt they were lacking something, perhaps a spread or filling, as they seemed a bit dry. Despite that, they were still enjoyable overall.

I haven't eaten here in years but went recently for lunch. It was delicious. I had the chicken salad on the Everything bagel, nice light summer lunch that was filling. The chicken salad was great, but the seasoning on the Everything bagel was perfectly balanced and addictive! I also ordered the iced Brooklyn Twist, it wasn't overly sweet and made for a nice afternoon drink. Service was fine, not much to complain about there due to the fact that you order at the counter.
