When it was time to pay, they refused to remove the chopped steak from my bill and only offered a 50% discount after I insisted and they called the manager. Ryan, the host, was quite rude, saying it wasn't his problem and that he didn’t care if I wrote a bad review. I’m incredibly disappointed, especially since this was my first visit and I had heard great things about the diner. Due to the poor service I experienced, I will not be returning.
