Bojangles - Spring Hill

The staff was not interested in being there, let alone helping us, we ended up leaving hungry and going to Zaxby's.

Walked in, barely anyone was in the restaurant and it unfortunately took 5 minutes before anyone noticed we were there. The food is good but the service is not the best. I feel sorry for those who work there and all they have to do with such little staff. But that experience eating there was definitely very disappointing.They got our order wrong by quite a bit. We had gotten a fish sandwich, mashed potatoes, a chicken sandwich and fries. They mixed up the fish sandwich and the mashed potato’s for fries and a chicken sandwich. Was disappointing to not get what we wanted.

Cold food, 30 minutes waiting to get a mobile oder after the time it was supposed to be ready. Staff don't care, ended up having to throw everything in the garbage as it wasn't within the safe range to eat by the time I got it. Avoid at all costs as they won't apologize for their mistakes or actually fix anything. Was my first and last visit I'll ever make.

Ordered in drive thru because the building was locked. Asked for chicken sandwiches, received a biscuit with a THIGH on it. It was dark so I bit into the BONE as I was driving down the interstate. Ridiculous...if I could leave a ZERO I would. No receipt in the bag, no napkins, and bone in chicken. Do better or close it.

They told us it would be a 20 minute wait for tenders and proceeded to talk amongst each other for several minutes before going behind a corner only to come back and tell us it was cash only because they saw I was paying with card the staff was terrible at hiding the fact that they simply just didn’t want to make the food as they presented 3 different excuses to get out of making 20 tenders and 2 biscuits
