Ember Smoked Bbq - Spring Hill

The Pulled Perfect Pork sandwich arrived not soggy whatsoever! Hubby said the pieces of pork were juicy and you could tell they were pulled on site. He also liked the pickles that came on the sandwich. My Fire Grilled Shrimp were delicious and obviously grilled. The Crispy Skins were not crispy, but what can you expect after being delivered 8 miles. Still tasty and enjoyable. Will order from them again!

BBQ bacon burger was definitely frozen, very dry and practically burnt. Also the mac and cheese was not homemade or baked like the description. The bbq baked potato was pretty good and the flavor was great however the pulled pork was mainly fat.

A pound of shack baby backs plus Mac n cheese , and baked beans . Everything was first class delicious. The meat was so tender and flavorful. I will definitely order this meal again! Food temperature was perfect ! Pamela from door dash delivered my order lightning fast with a friendly smile! Great service , excellent bbq!!

We got the wrong fries, and there were no toppings on the BBQ sandwich. We only got 5 hush puppies.

The sides were great but the sandwich was a bit dry and did not have enough sauce on it.
