Fuji Hibachi Express - Spring Hill

Ordered take out dinner. We all got the chicken, rice,vegetables. Everyone loved it, including the 3 year old.

While I am not a fan of the fast-food style setup for sushi, as sushi is traditionally hand-made with fresh ingredients compared to the processed meat often found in fast food, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of my order. Everything was fresh and delicious. Although initially hesitant about eating sushi in a fast-food setting, I found that I was able to enjoy the food itself once I got past this feeling. Perhaps next time, I will opt for takeout instead. Overall, I recommend giving this restaurant a try.

This is currently my top choice for Hibachi and Sushi. While we previously dined at a place with unlimited options, this restaurant is a close second. I believe the portion sizes are generous for the price, and they are very accommodating to special requests.

For families with kids, they provide booster seats and highchairs, and they are happy to accommodate sharing. If needed, they can bring extra plates upon request. As for parking, the restaurant is located in a quiet strip mall with ample parking space available at all times.

The Tampa roll reminds me of a Caliente roll I used to get all the time in Miami, delicious sushi! My absolute favorite is the Honey Moon! Simply put it is mouthwatering yumminess!!! I go out of my way just to get one. Great food
