Ihop - Spring Valley Lake

I did an online order and never received my food because the IHOP was closed during opening hours due to the worker being late but I never received a refund. I have contacted the staff regarding this and still have not received my money back or food. Such bad customer appreciation. I was a regular until this happened.

A true classic in decline. Used to be a great place to enjoy food.But because of the prices,less and less people are visiting.Can't blame them.Service was impeccable.very professional to say the least and very attentive with useful suggestions.I enjoyed this aspect.

Took them 20 min to get me drinks . Had to pay for refill while the drink was like 4 ozThe food was stale and hard. My French toast tasted old The hash brown something that’s easy to make was hard and so stale. It tasted like plastic. The size portion is not worth the price.

$4 coffee, $20 plates but quality and quantityare less..... not worth it.
