Mariscos El Chaka Estilo Nayarit

I absolutely love this restaurant! Their lunch specials are incredible, priced at just $10. Although I haven't dined here in the evening, I can imagine it gets quite lively. The fish tacos are outstanding, and the ceviche is equally fantastic. Occasionally, they feature live music, and there's a small stage for performances. The spacious setting seems perfect for accommodating large groups. I'm definitely planning to make this my go-to spot!

Additionally, I asked for an extra side of chipotle sauce, and the server informed me it would cost $2.99 for a small cup—something I've never had to pay for before. Overall, the food was disappointing and certainly not worth the money I spent. To make matters worse, the server never checked on us or inquired if we needed anything. I used to enjoy this place during the pandemic, but it seems to have gone downhill. I won't be returning until I have a chance to speak with the owner.

We visited this restaurant for a lunch date, and it was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed great company, delicious food, a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and a crowd of fellow food enthusiasts. We'll definitely be returning!

Be sure to try the molcajete! The food was fantastic, and the cocktails were delicious. I especially enjoyed their mezcal drink (though I can't recall the name). They feature a live band around 9 or 10 PM, so don’t expect to have any conversations after that. The atmosphere is a lot of fun!

My only issue was the live band; the music was quite loud, making it difficult for us to have a conversation. The table next to us seemed to share our frustration and even voiced their complaints to the waitress. Additionally, the parking situation was quite challenging, as the lot was very full and finding a spot was tough due to the nearby stores.
