I came and ordered $70 worth of food to go told the female employee if she can add a bunch of extra salsa and she can charge me for them because my family likes a lot. So we wait for our food it comes out and she threw 3 salsas in the bag so I asked for more. She came back with 3 more and said that’s the maximum she can do. I just said okay. I realized that I forgot to order a drink so I ordered one and was waiting for it. I noticed the manager was digging through my bag and opening boxes and took the salsas out. I asked him why he was in my bag and he said they usually charge for extra salsa. Reminder, I told the cashier to charge me for a bunch of salsa. I was literally appalled that he was touching my boxes and food and trying to take the salsa back. We only had six small salsa for 3 big burritos although we asked to be charged for more. I’m disgusted at his behavior. The face that he was digging through my bag without gloves and opening boxes has me so upset over 6 tiny salsas that I paid for.
So I would love to rate them higher, the main dishes are good, I had diabla shrimp and my fiance had the enchiladas, no complaints. It's really the salsa, beans, and rice that need a reworking for me. I'm told it's more traditional how they have it by my fiance but definitely not to my liking. The beans had no flavor nor did the rice which was also on the dry side. The salsa is decent but maybe offer spicier options?
