Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Fantastic experience! I really wish we had caught the name of the manager because he went above and beyond to take care of us. It was our anniversary, and my husband had placed an order through Postmates. The estimated pickup time was 19 minutes. Just as we were about to park, we received an email stating that our order was canceled due to the restaurant being too busy. We called to inquire, and the manager informed us that he had seen our order and mistakenly thought we had canceled it. After explaining the situation, he apologized and made sure our order was ready in just 10 minutes. We absolutely love this Red Robin and can’t wait for them to reopen. Thank you!

The wait for our food was a bit longer than we anticipated, but it was definitely worth it. The French fries are absolutely the best!

This restaurant seems to be running as if the pandemic doesn't exist. Diners are laughing and having a great time over some truly extravagant burgers. They offer every possible variation of burgers you can imagine. The modified flip-up windows create an almost indoor dining experience. There are strategically placed outdoor heaters to keep you warm, and the staff is friendly and energetic. To-go orders are prepared in a timely manner and are well-packaged. Just be aware that there's a $20 Postmates charge even if you're picking up your order yourself. Despite that, it’s definitely worth it!

It was my 1st time at Red Robin. I ordered the Burnin Love Burger w/ the homemade Salsa on the side the Yukon Chips. The burger was delicious, juicy, had a great char flavor. The Yukon Chips were horrible. They were not crispy, more like soggy greasy. My boyfriend ordered the Smoke Pepper Burger w/o Ketchup Steak Fries. He loved his burger the char flavor as well. His fries were delicious. I ended up just eating the steak fries as well, because after ordering a second round of Yukon Chips them being the same as the 1st batch. I said forget it. Our waitress Elizabeth Ann was nice informative. As far as cleanliness they could do a better job at wiping the tables chairs down, as well as sweeping/mopping up spills on the floor.
