Dairy Queen - Spring Valley

Dirty. Inattentive staff. It was not busy. Tables were dirty. Woman behind the counter almost totally managed to ignore us except for taking our order. She kept talking to whoever was behind the counter with her.

The food was fresh and neatly prepared. The restaurant smelled like old grease. The dining room and bathroom floors had a layer of grease enough to slide around. This was not fresh mopped slippery it was definitely grease. 7-12-22 I have yet to receive areply from the link dairy queen suggested.

I visited the restaurant and ordered a sundae along with two cheeseburgers. When I received my bag, I found there was only one burger inside. So, I went back through the drive-thru, but the staff member saw us and said nothing. I decided to go inside, where the employee displayed a complete lack of customer service skills. When I mentioned that I had ordered two burgers and only received one, she just shrugged her shoulders at me. Although the issue was resolved quickly, her behavior was rude and uncomfortable. Additionally, it would be beneficial for the other staff member to improve their counting skills, as the receipt clearly indicated that I had ordered two cheeseburgers, not one.

The service was incredibly slow, taking forever to process my card for the items I purchased. It’s been over 10 minutes, and I'm still waiting for my ice cream.

We always love stopping by for a quick family treat here. It's open year-round, which makes it super convenient.
