El Rodeo Steakhouse - Spring Valley

Tucked away in an unremarkable shopping center, this restaurant offers a unique blend of Mexican cuisine and steakhouse fare. The combination is certainly intriguing. Their house salsa is on the mild side and a bit too watery for my liking. I ordered the ribeye steak dinner; it was decent, although slightly overcooked. The drinks were strong, and the prices were quite reasonable. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

We had dinner here last night, and three of us ordered the Texas fajitas. Unfortunately, all three orders were overcooked, and the meat was dry. The service was fine—slow, but the staff was friendly.

This is one of the best steakhouses I've ever visited. Although it was quite busy, I only had to wait a few minutes for a table. The service was fast and courteous. I ordered the tomahawk steak cooked medium rare, and it was done to perfection. I also tried the clam chowder, which was among the best I've ever had. I typically enjoy it when visiting the coast, but this one surpassed all my previous experiences. The prices were very reasonable as well. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

We had a very bad customer experience at this restaurant. First of all we called them and askmif they serve vegetarian food and they said that they have some mexican food options which are vegetarian. We thus went to the restaurant and ordered all the vegetarian options. Our very first order was cheese dip and we found a small piece of grounded beef. We asked the server and they really took long and later one of the waitress came and apologized. We were dismayed to the fact that there was a contamination in our food and hence we decided to leave. Overall, we totaly agree to the human error behind all this but they gave us the check and charged us for the cheese dip for which they were at fault. We just paid the check and left as we were super hungry as it was past dinner time for our little daughter.

Great food , good service. Had a horsd'oeuvre, wonderful warm bread with honey butter, beautiful salad, and main dish very tasty
