Glauber's Kosher Bakery - Spring Valley

I absolutely love this place! It's a genuine kosher bakery that provided the desserts for my two sons' bris. I always receive compliments on their treats. The pastrami roll and the knishes are simply the best. Don’t worry if you’re not a religious Jew; you’ll still enjoy it here. The staff is great too. I promise you won't be disappointed! Just a heads-up: parking can be a bit of a challenge. Go check it out!

I went in to pick up a baked goods order for an event, and I must say, this place is a gem! Even though I had never been there before, about four employees warmly welcomed me as if I were a regular customer. The shop was impeccably clean and beautifully arranged. It's a small establishment, but it has a big heart! While I was there, I watched as fresh baked goods were lovingly stacked into bins and displays. Delicious, homemade cooking that reminds me of my grandmother's! The cakes are absolutely mouthwatering, and the challah is to die for. Appetizing offers a fantastic selection of fresh and tasty dishes. I'm particularly fond of the brisket, and the mashed potatoes are just excellent. There are also various dips available to enjoy with your challah. If you're a cheesecake lover, they have an assortment of cakes and danishes that are sure to satisfy.
