Taco Bell - Spring Valley

I visited the restaurant C191027 located at 8330 Paradise Valley, and I have to say that my experience started off on a disappointing note. The woman who took my order didn't seem to prioritize customer service at all. Fortunately, Maritza witnessed the situation and stepped in. She truly demonstrated the importance of caring for customers. Maritza took charge of my order with professionalism and pride in representing Taco Bell. She is truly a standout team member and deserves recognition for her efforts. Thank you, Maritza! I want to emphasize that I’m very cautious about who prepares my food, as some employees treat it as just a job. However, Maritza's leadership and dedication were remarkable. Bless her heart, and I hope management sees this. Thank you!

I’m really impressed with this Taco Bell location! I visited both inside and through the drive-thru, and each time I received excellent food. They didn’t skimp on the extra sour cream for my nachos, which is how Taco Bells should be. As a new customer in the area, I’m very pleased!
