We were thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service from Snr Julio, Mrs. Julio, and Jnr Julio. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. One standout aspect of our dinner was the charcoal-black Ciabatte bread; its unique color and wonderful flavor were a delightful surprise. The Bistro's expertise in venison dishes was clear in every bite, showcasing their skill in preparing this specialty meat. The restaurant's decor exuded a lovely medieval charm, creating a unique and memorable atmosphere. Each dish we tasted was fresh, flavorful, and a true testament to the Bistro's commitment to high-quality ingredients. It’s important to note that dining at Bistro Celeiro is an experience that invites you to take your time and appreciate the art of food. Be prepared to relax and savor each dish as the meal unfolds over a delightful three-hour culinary journey. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Bistro Celeiro to explore their Portuguese and International menus. Given the restaurant's popularity, it's wise to make reservations in advance, especially since they close bookings on Fridays. We wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem to anyone in search of an unforgettable dining experience.
