Love Chick+fil Their tortilla soup is wonderful however the last couple of times the portion was skimpy did not fiill the container to the brim as was always done in the past.

The people that run this drive-through should run some aspects of our country.

I ordered an 8 piece grilled nuggets. The person who took my order asked what drink I wanted but did not ask what side I would like. I asked if it came with a side and she said “yes it comes with fries but you can get any of the other side items.” I ordered fruit and when I paid I l realized it was a $3 extra for the fruit. I don’t care about paying $3 for fruit but there was no verbiage from the employee that there was an extra charge. Maybe just make sure the employees verify with the customer that it comes with fries but they can get another side for an up charge. The food is good but I know some people might care that they get charged for something they weren’t told there would be a charge for.

Service is good even if the customers are not. Food is ready at the window and it's CONSISTENT!
