Kfc - Springdale

I visited KFC on November 24th, 2021 at 7 PM and was extremely disappointed with the chicken I received. I spent $26 on an 8 piece meal with sides, and everything was fine except for the chicken. The chicken in the bucket had a strong burnt plastic taste. My family and I had to eat it, and we were very unhappy with the experience. I will not be returning to this KFC again. It was a disappointing end to a long day of work.

My favorite place to eat out. Chicken strips with mashed potatoes/gravy, cole slaw. Yummy.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. I placed my order online and received a great promotional offer. When I arrived to pick up my order 10 minutes later, it was ready and the staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

I went through the drive-thru at 10:30. The service was poor. The Original Recipe chicken was extra crispy. I ordered a coleslaw as a side instead of green beans, but it was missing from my order. I went back to inform them that one worker seemed intoxicated, and another worker handed me the coleslaw without saying a word. The service was rude. It was a waste of time and money. KFC needs to do better.

I feel in there for people and how short they are. They are very respectful and nice. Very helpful. I pray they have the help they need.
