Porter's - Springdale

I was deciding between the chicken parmesan and the meatball hero, and based on the server’s recommendation, I opted for the parmesan (it was only $2 more, so not a significant price difference). The food arrived quickly after ordering, and the portion size was enormous. However, the sauce was extremely watery and chunky, which isn’t my preferred texture. It reminded me a lot of the spaghetti served in school lunches. The bread was really tasty, although it was a bit on the smaller side. The chicken was just okay—not great, but acceptable. My partner chose the ribs, which had a very sweet flavor. The fries were the highlight, though; they had an amazing beer-battered taste.

We dropped by for a quick meal and decided to order some appetizers to share. We went with chicken wings and potato skins, and both were delicious! The wings were a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband and son really enjoyed them. I mainly had the potato skins, which were fantastic. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly. We're really glad we decided to stop in!

The BEST food we’ve had in Utah!!! Excellent service (thank you, Jeremiah)! Don’t let the decor deceive you. I was really looking forward to the reviews, but I almost walked out when I saw the dining room. I’m so glad I didn’t! The pasta, ribs, and ice-cold beer were amazing. This food could easily compete with that of the finest restaurants in New York City. I sincerely hope they redecorate before our next visit, but even if they don’t, we’ll definitely be back!
