Dave Buster's Springfield

Visiting the city for Drone competition. Brought 11-high schoolers here to blow off a little steam and stir in a bit of fun and laughter. Dave Buster's did not disappoint. They had a ball!!

This place got better! Significantly better and we've had a few favorite staff serve us well but we gotta give a shout out to Amani who has kept us coming back for great service and good vibes at D&B. Favorite location for sure!

Visited this location to watch the NFL draft, that was a mistake. The staff was near the hostess counter and a sign that said wait to be seated. I stood there, and the group of 4 people ignored me. I decided to proceed, and I guess the manager finally noticed me. There were several available tables with reserved signs, I had reservations. I was wrong to walk in anyway, but I felt ignored with a manager there. He sat me but I think I made him mad because of where he placed me. I stood there as if he noticed he could have sat me somewhere nicer. I went and asked, and he allowed me to select between 2 tables. My sister and I sat and waited 15-20 mins for someone to acknowledge us. I sat there and looked around in disbelief, this can't be happening. The employees had disappeared except for the bar area. I said a young lady handed off a drink to someone outside the eating area, but no one was hardly around. Finally, we ordered, and I asked for all flats my sister ordered wings too byt didn't specify. The waiter wasn't sure if they still allowed all flats. Our order came quickly, but to my sisters surprise, they gave her all drums. If all this came from me walking in, I will never do that again. It was very painful to sit and get treated so harshly as if we were taught a lesson. It seems people don't care about customer service anymore. I don't have the desire to return. The business is doing well based on the investor presentation. I think I will go closer to home and visit Top Golf for wings since it will be warm soon. I have been going to D&B for years with coworkers. I think the manager expected us to complain and ask for a manager. I thought that was the manager.

This place is great i love it here! i love the service i get everytime.

My family and I went here tonight, impromptu outing for us and it was a wonderful time. The staff is nice personable, the food and drinks are good. Robbie Rob made our night in the dining area. He’s definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. Overall, kudos to good service!
