Contribuisci feedbackThey forgot to make the drinks we ordered on mobile. When we pointed it out, they started making them in a hurry. No apology at all. Terrible service and rude staffs.
Lately they have been having issues with supplies and staff. Really affects the wait time and quality of the drink. At the drive through they told me they had to close 20 to 30 minutes because somebody called off, they were running out if ingredients to make the drinks and needed to get caught up.
Service was horrible, I guess they just assume EVERYONE that has ever been is a regular, it was my 1st time
Omg, have not been here in years and to my surprise the tall is actually a short. The very cheek. One, no let me stop exaggerating, two slurps and it was gone, I enjoyed it though.
Three cars in front of me at the drive thru, took 20 minutes to pick up my mobile app order. And it was the wrong drink. I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes so I just left. Came back a week later, exact same thing, down to the same wrong drink given out instead of my frap.
