The ice cream shop offers an impressive variety of flavors, and the staff is quick to serve, even during busy times. While the dining area could have used a bit more cleanliness, it wasn't overly bad. We all opted for a single scoop, and at $3 each, the desserts are quite reasonable, although the portions are on the smaller side.

While I was waiting, someone else arrived and entered without hesitation, ordering immediately, even though the store was still over capacity. When I saw people leaving, I took my daughter and niece to stand by the door, hoping that anyone else arriving would see we were waiting in line. However, another man walked up and cut in front of us to wait inside. At this point, I assumed they were operating at full capacity since no one was being asked to wait outside, despite the clear violation of the guideline. When I, along with my children, finally entered, we were immediately told to wait outside due to the "seven-person rule." I was taken aback and explained that we had been waiting first and that others had cut in front of us. The staff dismissed my concerns and asked us to leave. The man who had cut in front admitted that he went in without being asked to wait outside, but the worker replied, "There's nothing I can do about that." I left but returned to ask for a manager, only to find him behaving very rudely. He put his head down while I spoke and raised his hand dismissively, threatening to call the police if I didn't leave. While I don’t usually play the race card, as many situations can be misunderstandings, this felt like clear discrimination. Two young women who witnessed the incident approached me and expressed their support, saying they would also be reporting what they saw. I am appalled by the behavior of all three employees.

Their Rocky Road is usually one of the best, but this time it was so soft that it was almost melting. The staff didn't seem very enthusiastic about being there. I've had enough of paying double for a scoop that's only a third of the size compared to what I can get closer to home. On the bright side, they do have a great selection.

I have never ordered a birthday cake but the baker did not write the date of birth and when I received the cake and I asked to just write the date for me on the cake, they did not accept the date of birth.???? and the design birthday cake different. Terrible

Had to re-evaluate my review. Last couple of times there service was so so. Tonight it was down right horrible. After watching my friend get his ice cream and walk out I waited 5inutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. Whoever trained these teenagers needs to teach them manners and customer service. It was very lacking. Not sure I can recommend going back anytime soon.
