This was my first time trying Korean cuisine. Our little trio tried the all you can eat option with short ribs, pork belly, herb chicken, and calamari along with some veggies and sides. It was really good! I had great guidance to be able to avoid my allergies courtesy of our fabulous server, Cedar. She was attentive and very helpful. Can't wait to come back and try more.
Absolutely fantastic restaurant! The food is great and the service is incredible! The staff is very accommodating and helpful to first time visitors. They happily provide tips and advice on how to order and how to fix the food. Unless you're comfortable cooking food, it feels intimidating at first having to cook your own food but worry not, they make it very simple and easy to do! It's a very unique feature and allows the creation of wonderful experiences and memories. The restaurant is very clean and well kept. It would make an excellent place for date night! Overall I really enjoyed my experience and I will certainly be coming back.
Warm with a ???????? like we in, Bawi is a nice restaurant with super friendly staff and super delicious food. It is all you can eat with standard and premium buffet plans of 2 hours. The server was quickly to our table during our visit. We didn't even have to press a call button. She leaned to our every request and made sure we had a lot to drink. Of course the food was delicious. It was fun to grill our own food and to read the guides on their website how to eat properly. There are many options and even a little ice cream for dessert at the end.
That was mine and the first experience of my family to eat here, and I was very disappointed. We should definitely have done more research before, but overall the experience was not pleasant. We paid $23 per person and then had to cook our own food. I understand that cooking for itself is part of the experience and it is all you can eat, but I still think $23 is a little steep. If I wanted to have an expensive, all you can eat, I could go to Re Rico and have a lot more options (meat, smoked pineapples, amazing salad bar, etc.). The service was not very good, but we also had a young man who trained us, so I can't blame him too much.
