When I go to this place, I get what I want no more, no less. the burgers have always tasted this distinctive carburized taste and the ingredients / flavors always taste fresh. not to mention their new chicken sandwiches. dear god. they are far bigger and much better tasting than they would expect from almost food. there is always a waiting time, but this is just...the kind of a burger king thing, no matter where they are. at least as long as I live.

Space was clean and clean. eating was fresh and hot, even the pommes. service was very good. that was easy to eat so that the personal supplied us our tablet.
I've been in my life for fast food. saw 4 minutes at the table without answer. pulls up to the window where a wee who claims a manager completely ruined my order by trying to pay me full price for items on the 2 for 6 menu. when I pointed out that she had an even bigger job with me and said that it was my fault that it was not correct (I didn't know that I was here a hired manager, but if I asked her to go back to work)
I had the most terrible experience at this Burger King. I wish I could give 0 stars. To begin with, my grandma, children, and myself pulled into the drive through at about 11:30am on July 7, 2022. Nobody answered the speaker for several minutes so I pulled to the window. I waited several more minutes before anyone came to the window and when she did, she said she had just fired someone and that's why she wasnt saying anything. So I tried to begin ordering which began with a free whopper code from the online survey which she put in and then said it's not free. It's a dollar and something. So I said that's okay and tried to continue ordering while she continued to close the window over and over while I was trying to order. When I finally got to order I ordered a chicken sandwich and a quarter pound king. She told me the total which ended up being 13 something and I handed her the card out of reaction but soon realized it shouldn't have been that high. I asked when she opened the window if the chicken sandwich and quarter pound king are on the 2 for 6 and she said you didn't say it like that and tried to blame me for her mistake. When I asked for a refund she didn't even know how to do that and had some guy come help her so I asked who the manager was. She said rudely that they are the manager so I said okay Im letting you know I'm calling corporate and she laughed and handed me my card and slammed the window closed. I was nice until the point of her blaming me and then mildly irritated but I was never really rude. I was already having a stressful day and my grandma, 7 year old son and my 10 year old disabled son all witnessed this terrible behavior. I'm so embarrassed that they felt I deserve this treatment. I'm sad and hurt. We go this Burger King a lot but will never go back if they are there. I hope the area manager watches the video and they are both fired.
