Chicken Bonz - Springfield

We absolutely love chicken bonz! We have been coming here for well over 15 years and will never stop loving their food. The chicken is always perfectly cooked and the dipping sauces are great! We also love the okra especially with ranch dipping sauce. Great quality and good prices too

Good chicken sandwich, nothing special, actually pretty plain. Fries were the best fries I ever had so my 4 stars goes to the fries abs employees. Extremely friendly

Really cool place with a quite friendly staff, fries and sauces taste great and so does the chicken but unfortunately it was REALLY dry. I've only been here once so I'll give the benefit of the doubt, but still.

First-time there and disappointed, we heard great things about it. The wife asked for sauces on the side. We did not realize til we got home, she'd got nothing. My wings were the mild Buffalo, and I enjoyed them. The fries were delicious and huge. Still disappointed, we ordered honey BBQ sauce and Terriaki sauce for wife's wings. Paid for it and then got nothing.

While the food is very good, Chicken Bonz is just bare bones when it comes to atmosphere. The place is very much showing its age and could sure use a facelift. The young people working here provide excellent service.Food: 5/5
