Chopstix Chinese Cuisine - Springfield

We had an amazing dining experience here! The service was top-notch and the portions were so generous. We ordered two dishes along with the noodles, but only managed to finish the noodles! The leftovers from the other two dishes were plentiful enough for our dinner the next day. ? But the true highlight was the taste! I can't recommend the Spicy Mixed Pot 麻辣香锅 enough. Absolutely awesome! I wish I could come to Eugene again and try their Double cooked pork slices 老式锅包肉 !?

A hole in wall place that looked much better by the previous reviews. Food was a bit bland, could have used a little more flavor for me. My niece enjoyed her dish though.Food: 3/5

Open late and really good Chinese food. The employees are so nice and I absolutely love coming here. Very reasonable prices with huge portions! Large menu options and I'm just trying to get through them all! ?Parking: Easy parking and access.

This was an absolutely fantastic dining experience. The food was incredible. I wish we had taken photos but the aromas made us delve in right away. The service was great and the atmosphere was lovely. I absolutely love this place. A small, quiet unassuming place, but definite hidden gem. I have been working my way thru the menu and everything I have eaten has been delicious. Very authentic dishes, house made noodles and delicious appetizers ranging from the more familiar like Kung Pao chicken to more unique, like the pork intestine dry pot. And if you like spicy, they definitely do spicy. Friendly and helpful staff if you are unfamiliar with their menu.
