Cici's Pizza - Springfield

We love going to Cicis because the pizza is always fresh. They also allow you to customize your order without any extra charge, making it a convenient experience. Plus, there’s a playroom for kids, and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant has plenty of seating, and they serve excellent fresh bread. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5!

I remember when we used to come here to enjoy games for just a quarter, despite the cleanliness of the place, which has barely changed. Last year, the adult price increased by $2, and I still can't figure out why. The quality of the pizza hasn’t improved, the buffet is cramped, and now there are even more games that are overpriced, making it difficult for a mid-sized family to enjoy for more than just a few minutes. While the pizza itself is decent, spending $38 for two adults and three kids feels steep. I would much rather get two pizzas from any of the numerous pizza competitors for under $20 and then head to an arcade or bowling alley instead. They didn’t even say goodbye when we left!

The food wasn't quite up to par this time. The BBQ pork thin crust pizza was burnt, and the pumpkin spice rolls were too hard. I think it will be a while before I bring my family back. Food rating: 3/5.

I visited this cici and completely satisfied. the good was served hot and tasted super. clean restaurant and personal cleaning tables were very efficient and friendly. I recommend this facility and will be back. also very good. child-friendly: the playroom was fantastic parking: many parking spaces

The pizza has been horrible ever since the closing and reopening remodel of the place. Pizza is greasy and tasteless, register worker didn’t know how to do basic math, the workers were generally rude and had an attitude, wasn’t good by any means. The only decent thing was the brownies with powdered sugar and even then they were mediocre. Was not a fan at the grand reopening, and decided to try it again a few years later in hopes that maybe it was just a bad day, but sadly had the same horrid experience both times. The game room is fine but the food isn’t great at all.
