Domino's Pizza - Springfield

The pizza here is incredible—definitely the best I've ever had! The variety of toppings is also fantastic.

By far the cleanest and best-run Domino's in Springfield! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they really know how to make a great pizza. This is definitely my go-to Domino's. Highly recommended!

Dining here has always been a pleasant and quick experience, and they consistently remember to bring everything we order. We used to order from Domino's frequently, but we've decided to stop because we feel like we're being taken advantage of. Most of the time, we add a tip for the driver, but during my recent order of just two small items, the delivery fees were already quite high, so I opted not to leave a tip. It seems the driver took it upon himself to add a $4 tip anyway. I recommend checking your bank account a day or two after placing an order to ensure nothing extra has been charged. While I appreciate that the manager issued a full refund, I’m hesitant to order again due to the potential for dishonest drivers. It's concerning to think about what might happen with future orders if they can just add their own tips without our knowledge.

The pizza is tender or burned. make them that this franchise continues to starve to every dollar. order them from the road down.

The pizza is always fixed right and hot and the people that works there are nice and very polite and respectful.
