Hardee's - Springfield

I LOVE the Frisco burger so much,one of my favorites..

The best customer service we have had in a long while! We ordered breakfast and one of the sandwiches would take 6 min. We pull up to wait. The manager Debbie later came out and let us know that they needed to make biscuits. She was very nice and polite. We will return to this location for sure. Thank you Debbie!

The manager was friendly even called me 'the big cheese ' (meaning I am the boss of the sauce) and was so polite. They need more people there I think because he had to do the front counter and drive thru by himself which looked exhausting but he looked very happy at his job. Please give that man a raise and a pat on the back from his pal 'big cheese '

Great service. I always love Hardee's breakfast. Only bad thing was my French toast sticks were cold.

Friendly and efficient. Tasty biscuits and gravy. Guess there's a shortage of gravy bowls,as they put the gravy on the biscuits and that had not happened in the past 2 years I have been going to Hardee's. I really like it separate as I usually re-heat when I finally get home. But still tasty.
