Hinari Sushi - Springfield

This is one of my favorite sushi restaurants. I've never been disappointed, either by the food or the service. It's a small restaurant, but they do more take out than sit ins, so it's not crowded. And now I'm craving some sushi

Really good place, and super quick too to make the sushi, I always order different flavors and they got them all in less than 5 min, really impressive

What a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious, with everything being fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, creating a cozy vibe. It was quite peaceful during the Saturday afternoon visit.

I ordered two spicy Japanese ramen dishes, but what I received was instant noodles that you can easily find in any supermarket. The broth tasted like it was just water mixed with instant ramen seasoning. I was really shocked! I've always enjoyed delicious Japanese ramen with high-quality broth at other Japanese restaurants. This is definitely a place I won't be returning to.

Used to be our goto but has new owners ,tried it twice thinking they just messed the order the first time but second time was even worst, spicy tuna overly spicy, did not taste fresh and the tempura is a soft batter , we order $80 worth of sushi and nothing tasted good at all! Worst tasting sushi ever ShopRite does a better job than this place at This point. Will not be going back, the old owners were great and made the best tasting sushi wish they trained new guy!
