Houlihan's - Springfield

Our waitress Amber was amazing, drinks filled, order correct, friendly, despite being short staffed. Our appetizers were hot fresh and tasted great. My wife's steak was cooked perfectly and was hot and her potatoes were hot, my dinner was not as hot as it should have been, green beans were very hot, mashed potatoes and meatloaf were not but the flavor was good.

The bartender was nice and communicative after the bill was printed. The old-fashioned was sweet, and the pours were light. The tuna was great, but the happy hour serving size is very small.

The scallops were yummy unfortunately my old-fashioned wasn't. Great atmosphere pleasant wait staff.

Excellent wings! The mango habanero sauce was sooooooo good !

So sat at the bar and female bar tender acknowledged me and says I'll get to you. Then a guy sits after me. She goes up to him and takes his order. Puts it in and then goes back and gets his food order. Then she comes to me a couple of minutes. I was pretty pissed but she totally ignored me and another server took my order. I got the nachos and wings. Took a bit to get the order but the chicken seemed like it sat for a while and was pretty stiff. The wings, you could taste the frost bite in them. Overall I'm sure there is a better place with better service but don't order the wings. I did still leave a tip but I was happy lol
